F1 2010 I see no motion blur

Can someone please tell me why I see no motion blur at all. Not just with a mods but even with the regular install. When I have motion blur on, I see no blur, when I have blur off, I still see nothing. I just dont get it. I see it in NFS Shift when I play and I like it. I also think it would make this game AWESOME at high speeds if I could get it to work. What is wrong if it isn't workin?

Maybe because you're thinking of the wrong kind of motion blur.
Shift had this 'speed view' where everything around you gets blurry at high speed.
F1 2010 doesn't have this kind of effect, just normal motion blur. This means objects out of the 'camera focus' get motionblurred. I've seen it a lot in the game.
