I know it is silly to ask a question because nobody ever gives a reasonable solution but here goes anyways.

@Pawgy It sounds like the EEC mod might be in the wrong directory or has overwritten some vital files. The safest thing to do is delete the EEC mod and then verify Automobilista's files via Steam.

In Steam, right-click on Automobilista, select Properties, select Local Files, then click on "Verify Integrity of Game Files".

this one did it ,. thanks did i didn't even have to delete files, Just varify integrity.
