I know I should now this by know. But I'm still confused. Shocks, does increasing the number make the shock compress faster or slower. What the hell are packers and how does adjusting them help the set-up?

increasing the value on shocks makes them compress slower. Packers are what you use to avoid chassis scraping. They can cause instability under high vertical g force like at Eau rouge, so try to tune your scraping out some other way if you have to.
