F1 2019 How to upload an helmet ( made on photoshop ) in the F1 2019 game?

Hi all,
I have made my personal helmet on photoshop and I would like to add it in the f1 2019 game but I don't know what format I need to use and where do I have to paste the files I will create. Anyway, can somebody help me on this?
