Cars How to make (or remove) windscreen banner? URD Darche Evo GT1 '97

URD's Darche 97 Evo (Porsche GT1 '97) has a pretty large windscreen banner across the top of its windscreen so much of the view is obscured /cramped.

Is there a way I could remove that banner (or make it transparent) so that the view in the cockpit is better?

I don't have any 3D programs, but do have Photoshop.

@Billy Pilgrim Create a blank file.
For interior 2 files : Banner_cpit.dds and Banner_nm.dds
For exterior 2 files : Banner.dds, Banner_nm.dds and Banner_maps.dds

As always you can use CM and/or 3Dsimed to visualize materials and objects (thinks can be hide with CSP).
