I can't find a dedicated contact page so posting here in hopes someone can point me in the right direction.
I've made a grave (and somewhat embarrassing) error.
I wanted to sub for the 2.99 EUR option. I was having some trouble signing up and remembered it was at the bottom of the subscriptions so I just hit the END key to skip to the bottom of the subscriptions page and scrolled up to the last option.
I went through the PayPal screens without really fully checking what amount of money was being charged, and when I finalised my purchase I saw "You successfully paid 99 Euros".
I went back to check what happened and realised that the last option was not in fact the 2.99 EUR sub, but the 99 EUR 'Authorized Vendor' option - which was clearly a howling mistake.
Who can I talk to about getting this reversed/refunded? I still want to sub, but not for that much!
