How to find racing leagues for beginners

Hi can anyone suggest how to find racing leagues for beginners on ACC, AMS 2 & Rfactor.

Inquire in the threads for those sims. Most leagues welcome newcomers and have races tailored for them (in fact, those probably have the most entrants).
