You need to head over to the F1 2012 Mod forum, ask the question there as all the modders we have here on RaceDepartment will gladly help out

You can get templates to give you an idea of where the visor goes etc, and a canvas to decorate.... But you need a program such as Photoshop to edit them with...

As far as I'm aware, there isnt a program to do your own helmets.
