how to convert tracks to RFE?!?!?!?

Hi guys, I need a bit of help, I'm currently trying to do a series on rFactor for YouTube but I would like to have RFE Weather. I have the plugin installed but I need to know how to convert the track to RFE so I can do some wet races and have a more realistic series for my channel. Please help. Thanks in advance...
