How to choose the schedule of a race??

Ttle is self explanatory, but how do i set, imagine, 3pm as the race time??

I'm not on my PC atm, but there's an option saying "Time of race" or similar.

Its called: "Start Time", on "Settings". Right side of menu, the default is: Track default. But in race sessions seems to work only on the race, practice and qualifying uses always default if I'm not wrong.
