How to adjust view become lower ??

Go to:

...Steam\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\system\cfg

Open the

assetto_corsa.ini

file

Find the following entry:

[AC_APPS]
ENABLE_DEV_APPS=

add "1" at the end, so it looks like that:

[AC_APPS]
ENABLE_DEV_APPS=1

then run AC, get into a car, open the side panel on the right

and you'll see a widget called "Onboard Settings". Use the mouse to select your desired settings, save the changes, close the widget, and voila!

Does the dev app also allow FOV adjustment of the hood, bumper and chase cameras?

No, it only works for the onboard camera, I'm afraid.
