How do i upload videos that are stored in My Documents?

Can someone PLEASE help me with this. I'm a total newbie when it comes to PC use. Had my own PC for only eight months. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Go to YouTube, become a member if need be, click 'Upload', click your file.

So it does have to go through Youtube then? i though maybe i could just upload from My Documents directly to my posts.

No, through YouTube or a similar site.

Do you mean .vcr files? If yes, those are raw replay files from games that you first need to record in a replay. After that you can upload them to Youtube, vimeo or any other broadcaster.

Use fraps to record the video's. You can find that with google

They are either mp4 or avi video files that i want to upload. I have some videos of a roadtrip my friends went on in Oregon in which they are driving on some nice twisty backroads.

You can upload those types of videos straight to youtube.
