How do I progress from A1 driver

Hallo friends, i have started playing F1 2012 could someone please help me with the following
1. how do i progress from a A1 driver to higher levels.
I have played the career from easy to hard, won the drivers championships in all difficulty, but still i don't know where to upgrade to next, and how it can be achieved.it.
2. i subscribed to premium acc but still don't see all that has been promised

Please help as the game is now getting boring as there are no where i can find ways to progress or what path to follow
