How are you supposed to remove glare?

So for multiple days i cannot get the game to remove a sunglare, i dont even know if it is a sun glare, because the screen goes full white and i cannot see the track, and its only in a certain direction. There is NO SUCH THING as a pure or python config app where i have found others say there is one, and no combination of settings is fixing this issue. what and how do i get this issue resolved?
Is this a luminosity setting? A reflections setting? a weather fx setting? a lighting setting? Show me screenshots of the setting and how to fix it thanks for any help!

Get rid of that PURE and SOL nonsense and run the game. Make sure you turn off Season effects and all that other crap. Once you get the game running good in vanilla then you can add the other stuff one at a time.
