Houston 1998 - 90s CART track

This 3D-track was made for rFactor by zero-g and Racing Line Developments. It was converted by Rainmaker to Assetto Corsa.

Features:
-competitive AI
-working track map
-support for hot lap mode
-replay cameras by DaBaeda
-support for time attack mode
-26 pit boxes with working pit lane
-RainFX, GrassFX
-simple night lights
-vao patch
-3 road meshes to choice (smooth, bumpy medium and more bumpy, standard is medium)
-added option to removed 2d crowds: open the ext_config.ini in the extension...

Track looks great, but I'm experiencing permanent irregular CPU and GPU spikes which makes it undriveable for me in VR (via RTX4090, Ryzen 5900x). In-game CSP profiler lists highest draw times for "Car" (VRC 99) and for "Track" - but I'd be surprised if the problem is actually that I hit the performance ceiling since other track/car combos are fine even with a full grid.

-Remapped all poles of the track and separate the bulb from the pole itself*
-New config including working jumbotrons, building lights and other stuff
-New TV Cam
-New houston_lights.kn5 (for the new lights)
-New models.ini (for the new lights)
-New VAO (for the new lights)
