Heusinkveld broken USB

Hi I'm looking for help with heusinkveld sprint pedals the circuit board in the back of the brake has broken well the USB connector has almost snapped off can you buy this board I can't see it only the upgrade box for the ultimates which it says doesn't work with sprint. Any info much appreciated thanks

Send an e-mail message to Heusinkveld and I'm sure they will send you a replacement for free in a few days. That's one of the advantages with this company: best after sales service ever.

I had my USB connector come loose and my Sprints were still working. Heusinkveld sent me a new board and emailed instructions to install it. It went very well and the new version was reinforced better so it shouldn't come loose again.

I also asked if it were possible to use the HE Ultimate+ external box for the Sprints and I was told that they are incompatible.

Well what great service they have sent out a new controll board free of charge and emailed me instructions on how to replace. This really has made my day I thought it was going to cost me arm and leg considering its the only electronics on it and that's if you could even buy them. I will be singing there praises to everyone I meet

Just be happy you didn't buy Fanatec.

If you mailed the Service Department yesterday the part will be in the Mail by noon (European Time)
