Ok first this car was proposed on Gtplanet forums since January 2020 and never arrived here because i think this car is not legit.

IXA Project 15 made this car but as i saw the textures and meshes it looks like a conversion. Also found no infos about him or this car.

And driver body is from Kunos but i think the head is just converted from "maxpayne3"....
