Help my game is broken, every gear acts like first gear and revs out like first gear

I saw someone else post about a similar problem 2 years ago but it doesn’t seem like they ever figured it out. Basically what’s happening is that every gear that you shift into acts like first gear and it just redlines at a low speed in all gears. Even though you can be in sixth gear and it says your in sixth gear the car still acts like it’s in first gear, I have pictures below to show what I mean. It does this with every single car and on every track too, I’ve also gone into the setup in game and in the files of the actual cars themselves and looked to see if the gear ratios are messed up but they all look normal both in the game and in the files. I even deleted and reinstalled my game to see if that would fix it and it did nothing, even downloading new cars didn’t work. If anyone has experienced this before or can help please let me know.

What if you use the original Kunus cars?
For the rest this could be more hardware controller related.
Check this , in CM, go to drive single mission, check the car specific controller, be sure you select the right programmed controller profile and not “default”
Not working then reinstalling the controller software and reprogram the controller with CM.

Check your potentiometers, they might be dusty. Clean them up, it can solve the problem. Also, related to this, if you set auto clutch on try to set it off.
