heikki lotus pack - add kovalainen to lotus

this mod replaces kovalainen for raikkonen at lotus

sorry no screens available cause the program i use let me down.

changings in this mod:
-lotus says heikki instead of kimi
-heikki's helmet from austin
-menu pictures

since the driver menu pictures work with texture i couldn't get a picture that fits so the background logo will be slightly painted over.

also i made my first helmet for this mod so it will not be 100% accurate.

Is possible, but then you must change the database,the frontend folder and the car livery

really just driver changes, i can live with having the wrong name on the car

changed the names in the database and made sure the name was in the language file
