Technically I think you still do given that Overtake.gg is owned by initium gmbh which is a shell company for Porsche so it all should still fall under GDPR laws.

@The Almighty Snark I would think so, too. And as with GDPR, in any case, it's all there in the privacy policy, I guess you can request a removal if you're worried.
