New AI line for Macau Grand Prix Circuit by Reboot Team

Edited the existing AI line using the AI Spline Editor app and AI hints to significantly improve lap times, improve side by side racing, and reduce crashing.

Works with GTs and lower class open wheelers, although some cars can't handle the tight hairpin without hitting the outer wall.

I welcome anyone to edit and improve this as they see fit.
