Here are a couple of video's from various sites such as Gamespot and GTPlanet showing GT5 gameplay footage from CES 2010.

Gamespot GT5 footage of various cars flying around the Nurburgring. Gamespot also have this footage of the McLaren F1 and this footage of the Lamborghini Gallardo at Indianapolis on the road course. Also take a look at this footage of the Lexus SC430 JGTC at Fuji.

Then below we have footage of the Motul Nissan GTR being driven around the Tokyo R246 circuit.

I am looking forward to seeing the damage modelling and the head tracking (I might pop outand buy a camera later). I am anxious to see what multiplayer options we will get for hosting races.

GamerLive.tv has two video's showing some of the menu system and a few brief minutes at the Nurburgring. Despite the rude interviewer who it seems quite obvious didn't really know a thing about the game or the genre in general it does give us some more clues as to what we'l lsee in the final car list.
