Which cars out of those have the best handling, in other words mid-corner grip? I really want to stay away from anything that handles like a bus, as this ruins my driving style for open wheelers, and I don't really know any of the cars.

The R8 would probably be your best bet. :) handles nicely all round. They're all pretty similar though, so you'd have to go through them all to see which one suits you best. :)
