As it says in the readme.txt: replace the "system" folder inside your "GRID Autosport" folder with the "system" folder included in the archive.

OMG AWESOME WORK MAN! Really nice!
My dream is that this features also are built-in on PS3 GAS... but to make this you have to be on a Jailbroken PS3, so we need to wait the glorious bugmasters to release one day this fix for us!
