Great win Jack! :)

Too bad i lost the last point finish position in the final laps as it seems so from the look of the lap chart.
+5 qualifying skill.

Do you think you could have taken the win if you were on the same strategy as your teammate?
Maybe, maybe not. I must say that I still haven't completely figure the car out as for race parameters, making the handling a bit nervous, however I can say for sure their was room for improvements.

Back to usual business
No home pole for Saidy today, instead it was Kederer being fastest today. Engberink in second was over 3 tenths behind already. In second row the Williams drivers, with Utzer being slightly faster than Saidy this time round. Again strong quali performances by Néron in 5th and Ancevski in 7th. Between them Hunsley, who'll be one of four drivers looking for a home win in the race. The McLarens in 8th and 9th only separated by 5 thousandths. Herbert had set the exact same laptime as Keranen, however Keranen set it first, so Herbert had to settle for 10th. Surprisingly both Benettons outside the top10, as well as Diehl and Said.

Sadly no front row, but 3rd and 4th is a good starting position and i am confident in our race pace. And another pole of Kederer in front of a guy who drives for my last team and will drive in my team next year in RDFR. Interesting. Please no accidents or failures :)

And Sauber looks sad :/

"Ahead of a Prost and a BAR car, does it become good for you and your team?"

Half of that, but it will be very better when both of us qualify ahead of both BAR or Prost cars. If we both qualify ahead of both BAR and Prost cars our team would be so surprised with that. If only we had something very special we would have better reliability and performance.

Kederer spoils Saidy's party
In an intense race Kederer has taken his first win this season, holding off home driver Rami Saidy. At the start the Ferrari driver kept his lead ahead of Engberink and the Williams drivers. On the way to Stowe Engberink tried to pass Kederer, with Utzer right behind. Kederer remained ahead, but Engberink lost second to Utzer in Vale. A few laps later Saidy also got past the Dutchman, who battled for 4th with Hunsley the following laps. A mistake by Keranen in lap 5 dropped him to the back of the field. The same lap the Saubers made contact, resulting in a broken rearwing and early pitstop for McNamara. Foro suffered a puncture shortly after, and he too had to make an early stop.
First retirement in lap 11, as Rautavaara reported a loose wheel, but couldn't make it back to the pits. In lap 18 the end for Herbert's race as well, his gearbox failed. First pitstops started around lap 20. Kederer kept his lead after everyone had pitted, Utzer however made a mistake right after his stop, dropping him to 9th. Saidy now was in 2nd, followed by Engberink, Hunsley, Poirier and Néron. No changes at the front at that time, however Utzer could fight back into the points, closely followed by Black, who was also showing a strong pace.
Second round of stops came, and the order remained unchanged. Utzer again with a mistake right after his stop, this time however he couldn't continue and retired from the race. No more changes at the front after that, Kederer kept his lead, although Saidy was closing in in the final laps. Goddard and Martins had a battle for 7th, swapping positions a couple of times. Goddard came out in front, almost catching Black in the end.
