For those of you with Photoshop and Paint.net why not have a go at making your own German numberplates. Most of what you need is in the file including area codes , license seals, fonts and instructions along with lots of useful images to make authentic plates.

velofosse updated German Number Plate Kit with a new update entry:

Registration seals and fonts plus custom plate maker for phortoshop.

I have made the folder a little more tidy and removed duplicate files. All the Registration information, area codes and seals are there.
