MGP20 Gender audio mod?

Can someone mod so my female character isn't always called "he" or "him" please. I don't know why so many games still have this issue, so many official games, MotoGP, FIFA etc. All have women creation, Fifa even has a full WWC setup but still called he and him, not even changed to they or them or other easy neutrality. Makes no sense, still so far off diversity and equality even in our gaming world. Would be a kind humane change.

1. There is equality. Women are welcome in mines and quarries.
2. What's the difference? A woman with a beard is slowly becoming the norm in this circus known as our civilization.
