Game crashed - Driver model is probably missing

I'm trying to load up a race with DRM cars.

It doesn't load the race and puts me back to AC with the message above, Game crashed - Driver model is probably missing.

Can anyone help?

I haven't gone into my files deleting driver models recently

You should buy it. Driver model comes with the package.

Yes, I know. I bought the DRM package the day it came out.

Fixed it.
Yesterday I had to reinstall AC entirely and had only copied back over the Tracks and Cars folders, had forgotten about the Drivers folders. I've now copied over that Drivers folder and all is well.

@iwn , Nice how quickly you jumped to the conclusion I had an illegitimate copy.

i have a similar issue with the r34 only, i downloaded a physics mod and it appears to conflict with all my r34 sklines, any ideas how to fix it.
i'm new to pc's and pc games so basic instruction would be really appreciated

Look in your assettocorsa/content folder. You'll see a folder called 'driver'.

Or re-download all from your Sellfy purchases page and install as per the instructions.

I got this problem too, but just with the McLaren MP4-12C GT3. I deleted the car files and the driver files in the content dir and let stream download and install the new files. The problem is still there.
If i select a diffrent car i can drive the track (nordschleife) but if i try track day online and the McLaren is in the car list i got the error again.
Any suggestions?
