In order to use this livery, you will have to download the Peugeot 306 Maxi Kit Car Evo1 or Evo2 car mod.
There are two versions available for which I have designed this livery. The Evo 1 was created by AssettoRallyGrB, the Evo 2 by Totic66...​

Nice but . . . . .the car ingame is black and the skin in PS too.
Your dds is in DTX10 and not in DTX3 like your superb 206 WRC

Which car mod did you install it on? The dds should have the same DXT3 format as I always save it as such.

I've test both.
And in Photoshop, the dds is in DTX10 and no DTX3
