No way this track is 100% grip??
There are two types of grip configuration.
1. The griplevel of the tarmac as defined by the trackmaker. So with different kinds of tarmac, the grip level can change on certain parts of a track if the modder uses that feature. Remember the cobblestones and the tramrails in Prague?
2. The grip percentage of that tarmac grip level, configured by the player/organizer.

So Sergio has given this track a low level of grip, probably for realism.
I've configured the event with 100% grip of what Sergio has defined.

Maybe you remember the events I organized in the past with starting grip level of 94% increasing to 100% during the race for the effect that racetracks are improving during races.
I don't do that anymore because it didn't seem to add a lot to the fun for the participants.

And to throw everyone in disarray, I have camber decreased as in:

if you have less grip the car leans less, so reduce camber.
That´s how it would work irl, no (technical/mathematical idea what AC makes of it!?!)
