Funny F1 Pictures

This guy has lost it..

You all have to agree that what he said was quite funny and he said exactly what his thoughts were, without trying to make it sound better. Personally I agree on some of the stuff he said. like "If you want to get recognised you've got to do something'', and "Now, you're telling me I need to find a channel to get this 15-year-old to watch Formula 1 because somebody wants to put out a new brand in front of them? They are not going to be interested in the slightest bit.''

But the rest is just crazy!

well if we do speak about finances right now, if we get the 70 year old to watch F1 he will eventually die and not be able to buy the Rolex watches again. But, the 15 year old, who didn't buy the Rolex watches at the beggining has now gotten money, and he might be interested in buying that.

If we get only the 70 year old's to watch F1 with no young population the sport will die along with the 70 year old guys, as nobody would be able to watch it. But like I said, if we bring young audience we are getting financial profit in the future, and the sport's population will grow aswell. If Bernie was patient enough he would definetly increase his big multi-million dollar throne, and the sport interest.

what he said in that interview was ridiculous, from the beggining till the end.

I think this message should be directed to Bernie himself. To note, if he ever reads this, I am a young F1 fan to add to that. I just think of the future aswell as the present.

Unfortunately he is a multi billionaire, not millionaire. You would think someone with over 4 Billion dollars would bailout teams like Marussia and Caterham, and the many teams before them, but I guess you don't become a multi billionaire by being a charitable person.

What Ecclestone said was partly right. Everyone watches Fottball or Basketball now and then, but not everyone watches Formula 1. A simple advertisement or some channel on the internet cannot drive you into watching F1. It's the sport itshelf that captivates you. I'm sure all of you remember the first race you've ever watched. It's something undescribable, something that bewitched us all. It felt like a call, a call that few can hear and understand. The passion for F1 is cultivated the old-fashioned way, by watching the races.

Just to clarify things here, please stick to the topic 'Funny F1 Pictures', and not discuss the future of F1 and Bernie. You are free to create a separate thread about that.

Thanks :)
