I have a relatively recently built sim rig for sale. Collection only, Glasgow. For sale as a bundle only for now.
I really love it, but I keep injuring my left shoulder when I race which keeps me out of the rig (and off my bike) for weeks. No amount of position adjustment fixes it - it would appear I have a long standing shoulder issue that sim racing aggravates. I'm taking the difficult decision to let it all go. Due to injuries, it has not been used a whole lot, so is in very good condition.
I have the boxes for the wheel base, wheel, and pedals in the garage, but not the rig or seat. I'd expect it can be carried out to a van without dismantling - a car might need the seat removed and wheel uprights dismantled.
All in, this has cost me £3500 to buy and build. I'm willing to go as low as £2500 as a package. It makes me sick to sell it, it's so much fun, especially at such a loss, and with what I have already invested in iRacing, but I can't keep injuring myself. I also have this on facebook market place.
Includes:
Sparco Evo XL seat (sim race version), relined with Confor foam to make it really comfy as the stock foam is too soft and thin. (Bought new Aug 2023)
Trak Racer TR80 with the front mount direct drive mounting bracket. (Bought new Aug 2023)
Ascher Artura SC Pro Wheel - SC Wireless (bought new, Apr 2024) - loads of buttons, dual clutch setup.
Simucube SC2 Sport DD wheel base (Bought new Jan 2023)
Fanatec CSL Elite LC Pedals (Bought new Jan 2023, recently upgraded with the alu fanatec pedal faces + the blue spring mod on the brake). The clutch is not mounted, but stored safely.
Dayton BST1 Bass Shakers (x2) - one at the pedals, one under the seat. (Bought new Mar 2024)
Fosi Audio TDA7489E Amp to power the bass shakers. (Bought new Mar 2024)
