Freeze crossing the start/finish line

Hello,
i got this issue, when i cross the finish line there is a thingy that open showing "fps and csp" and at that moment the screen frezzes for a second or so.

my specs
intel i9 9900 3.60Ghz
mem 16 Gb
Nvidia GTX 1070ti x3
Win10

i unshecked "system messages" but this comes anyway, if it cant be fixed its over with Iracing for me.
so i hope some of you guys can help me
