. That is ok if you inform him about the golden rules of racedepartment for racing, and let him apply before the race than it's fine by me the apply doesn't need to be approved for tonight because it's such a short notice.

EDIT: just see now that it's not for tonight but sunday

I have seen your request to become a licensed member, so you are on the list for Sunday For the individual clubraces itself you don't need to apply, if you say you want to participate you will be signed up. (probably that;s what you meant by it, but just to be sure )
