I dont know if it is nostalgia, or Crammond had a good aesthetic at the time, but this looks great and is such fun to drive.

Grand Prix games were so much fun and always eagerly anticipated prior to release.
Crammond and team were genius.

Thank you for your kind words, and for keeping GP3 alive @SATLAB90 ! It's always great talking to fans of the game. I have a lot of fond memories working on it and plenty of stories from time spent as a guest of the Arrows F1 team at Silverstone in the late 90's too (the Arrows A19 continues to be one of my all time favorite F1 cars).

Aside from being responsible for the cockpit, I also created the visuals for the menu system and the box art. Here are some more pieces from my portfolio showing concepts for the menus and the box cover:

I do have plans to create a MicroProse livery/skin for the Formula RSS 1990 V12 car as a tribute to both MicroProse, our dev team and the GP series. Sadly one of our key developers, Andy Cook, passed away a number of years ago and I'd like to also make it a tribute to him too.

i am specifically replying to the menu where you choose driver(s) / team,
one thing that all grand prix games by geoff carmmond got right all the way up (alas excluding) 4th was that menu - you could just by clicking on a number select any one driver. I find it excessively user friendly and consequently wish the menu would have this option in any tribute.

Otherwise i do adore the series and wish to see it live on in whatever form i could get it .)

Hi mod looks great but i have problem only able to run 2 cars as it kills my frame rate, all other mods with 20 + cars and max settings + weather run at over 100 fps, is there a setting in content manager i need to do, any help greatly appreciated.
