Ignore this its fixed was a setting in the profiler...
does anyone else have really strong damping in the wheel when sitting still in the formula abarth?

It is a damping effect introduced by kunos in 1.3, everything disappears once you start moving.

did not know they added that, just forgot to turn damping down in profiler from another game but it really doesn't feel good on the motors in the g27
