Do there people need to have the skin for others to see it? No wonder trooper couldn't see my Ferrari skin for the tatuuas,heres my skin https://www.dropbox.com/s/l13so4pgngc1obl/tatuusfa1_Ferrari.zip

Yeah, the way AC works is that unless you have the same skin another person is using, you will see a blank white livery instead. That's why Georg has a huge thread on Racing Club skins. :) Hopefully an automated custom content download system for online servers is developed to help with this down the line.
