I downloaded the Fuji mod that was linked on this thread, and placed it in Packages, but the Mod Manager says it can't be installed. Yes, I do have F2.

In the Mod above there is only a mod which connects the Formula2 car with the Circuit of Fuji. I you miss one of them the mod won't install.
You might be missing the Fuji circuit which can be found here.

Yes, that worked. The problem was I didn't have the track installed

My problem is that I feel like the wheel is dragging me to neither left or right side. I also noticed that their is no resistance from the wheel in first 25 degrees both to the left and right side.

I tried copying my settings from rF1 but it didn't do any difference.

it sound's like you got the FFB on reverse, but not sure how is that possible in RF2, you could do it in RF1 but in RF2 I don't know

What kind of wheel do you have?
