Flickering Shadow/Texture - Help

Hey there I am kindly seeking help to fixing my CSP issue with flickering shadows/textures. It seems I have tried every public fix but with no success. Attached is a cropped video showing the flickering shadows when I am stationary. It is noted that when I get closer the shadows stop flickering so the shadow issue is only for distant shadows.

Just a few days ago I came across the same situation. here I found https://www.overtake.gg/threads/shadows-issue-with-csp-examples-included.179942/ the user recommended deactivating in CSP>>>Smart shadows the item Custom shadows matrices. In my case the flickering was solved.

That looks like a z-fighting problem with the track, quite likely not fixable through a CSP setting, you'll need to fix the track config.
