Fixed setup server

Hello
How can I create a server with setup fixed?
I tried to create it and I did not succeed.
I have searched for information and can not find anything.

Check this video out dude - it's not in English but you can just follow what he does on screen. Basically, save the setup you want as fixed, add it to the server (you can exempt certain things from being fixed like fuel etc but that involves some .ini editing), and tick all the boxes for cars you want the setup to apply to. Don't forget to update server after you change something.
