The Mercedes W08 EQ Power+ demo livery!

With the new updates by RSS to the RSS Formula Hybrid 2017 I wanted to update, or rather make, the Mercedes liveries used in 2017 on the Mercedes-AMG F1 W08 EQ Power+. Usually it just looks wrong if you put a livery on a car it doesn't belong on but when Mercedes took the W08 to Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2019 with the 2019 livery, it actually looked quite good. - Added Ocon livery who took the car up the hill in 2019
- Added Qualcomm sponsors to the top of the rollhoop

Now with added MotoGP legend

• Added the Niki Lauda signature to all liveries
• Added a version for Valentino Rossi as suggested by @Toaster46 who ran the car post season in a test. Since I could not find a VR46 helmet, it is currently running Lando's helmet by @Rikkies as it is VR46 derived adding a requirement to have ACSPRH installed.
