Ferrari F2004 Monaco Hairpin Fix - Adjusted steering rack for Monaco so you can actually race the F2004 here!

I wanted to race the 2004 cars on Monaco and noticed you couldn't make it around the hairpin. So I made a custom steering rack just for Monaco, like in real life. Now you can race here and you and the ai will get around the hairpin just fine.
Note, you need the actual DLC for this car for it to work.
This is for the F1Mania version of Monaco.
Put this in your car folder!
