Extract the folder anywhere and move the "apps" folder to your assettocorsa root folder. Replace all files when asked. If you want to revert, just delete the mp3s in

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\apps\lua\RallyCopilot\voices\EngN

and

\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\apps\lua\RallyCopilot\voices\EngS

and remove the .old extension from the original files in those folders.
