For the final race of the Fat-Alfie championship 2024 we're going to France!
It started as a challenge for @Fat-Alfie to see if he could find a real road somewhere in the world that would give the driver the same buzz and excitement as the Nordschleife. After months of researching maps and trying out different loops of road that might work, David eventually came across this 26km loop of real roads in the French countryside of the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan.
The circuit does indeed have many similarities to the Nordschleife, such as the elevation changes, the off-camber bends and the carousel-like hairpins. It has a great atmosphere, has lots of challenges and is a real pleasure to drive.
