The file path is F1 2016\asset_groups\f1_2016_vehicle_package\teams\marussia\wep and you're looking for marussia.erp

I've changed the file names to make it more clear, accidentally left some textures titled as redbull.

In the ERP Archiver open the "Pkg Files Tab" and replace marussia-carmodel.lyer with the carmodel.json.

And there is no steering_wheel_nm for Marussia/Manor for some reason so ignore it.
