failed to connect to teamspeak

hi, yesterday evening during the 911 GT3 cup race on Spa (AC) i tried to connect to teamspeak but failed to do so. I followed the article about setting up a bookmark with IP 213.163.71.106 but when i try to connect it replied Failed to connect to server. Other IP? This was my first attempt with TS. Thanks!
