F1 Vietnam - Dangerous Water on Main Straight

Has anyone noticed the big
puddles of water on the main straights of Vietnam F1 Track? It looks like they would need to cancel the race if it rains. Notice how deep the puddles are. Look at the wake in the water as the red car drive through the puddle.

This photo (Below) is days after it rained and the water is still present. Cars seem to be still avoiding water indicating that it is still a little deep. Notice how much safety fencing has been added along with holes for trees dug along sides since last rain.

It looks like they do not intend on correcting it since they are putting up
safety fencing. If they do not add more black-top in that area, it will be a
dangerous and expensive problem. Adding a drain would require installing pipes
underground and would be very expensive and they definitely do not have time
for that. Seem like they did not think to do a hydrology study. I hope I am
wrong!
We must think about driver safety. This is what happens when you think
only about deadlines. I sure hope the FIA notices it.

We had only one wet race last year at Holkenheim Germany, And it wiped out a lot of big contenders. When they went to Paul Richard i thought they would turn on the water sprinklers on a designated lap to catch teams of guard. And it wont come up on the weather radar the teams use.
