F1 Realistic 90s Onboard PP Filter - A more realistic looking onboard for the 90s F1 cars

Realised the default onboard view looked terrible when using the older cars so I set up something that looks slightly more realistic. Good for replays, not so much for driving although I'd assume that won't stop many people

Apologies for not mentioning, the settings and everything are all controlled by Pure, all default
