Look, wise guy, it's not that simple. The download gave me an application, that I ran, giving it permission to add the necessary files to the common assettocorsa file on my external hard drive, as it requested, I even restarted the computer as it suggested. It then, instead comes up with a further application that requires another plugin, which I downloaded, but even that didn't give me the files. It came up with a menu, with words and icons that gain a glow effect when hovered over, and each one you click on downloads something via the cmd. It doesn't say what each part does. After doing this with all the sections that seem interactive, I can't find the items it downloaded in the downloads section of my computer or the files on Assetto Corsa through Content Manager as I had hoped, and seeing as I didn't get the names of any files I can't search for them to find where they are or what they want. It's a maze of useless looping around downloading, running, giving access to, and becoming increasingly frustrated by, different steps and programs that end up doing nothing.
I already broke this computer once, and I don't want this to break it again.

also, a mod shouldn't ask you anything
maybe it has an installer, maybe it's spam, who knows. I don't wanna try it myself :)

" .ru " sadly doesn't have a good reputation (no offence, i have russian friends who agree on that too hey!)

@Ghiaman1334
Specify the folder where the game is installed Assetto Corsa
Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\
SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\
Pay attention to the end should be 1 time assettocorsa
\assettocorsa\assettocorsa\ - not right!!!

And as @Ben O'Bro said, an .exe from russian guys be careful..

You can try to install it using Virtual Machine and/or use Sandbox from antivirus
