Hi, I would like to get a image data called "wireframe" which many people use in a custom livery editing.
If you can export a data from it, I would appreciate it if you could send it here.

Not sure what you exactly mean. But you can download the F1 22 car model from JBuron from his homepage (whenboredomestrike.wordpress) and the file contains the wireframe as well.

I couldn’t open the file with my computer(I don’t have Adobe…) so I’m looking for someone can open this and export only the wireframe layer.
